This backpack is created in a sustainable way, considering the environment and workers. All materials are of nonanimal origin, nonharmful to the environment and to the health of those involved in production. For example, Ahimsa uses recycled fibers of PET bottles, reclaimed wood, recycled cotton and only uses water based glue for adhesive. Ahimsa ensures the quality of all materials by handpicking each supplier and working with all of them to find the origin of all materials used in production.
Ahimsa also runs its own factory to ensure that it maintains a high level of cleanliness, work quality and workers compensation. All leftover materials are either used or donated.
