Factory workers at PACT are full-time/permanent employees that are covered (along with their family members) by factory-provided health insurance. Also the children of workers receive free education through high school. PACT mixes feel good/look good pieces with doing good for its workers and the environment.
PACT’s designs are ethically sourced from farm to factory and seed to shelf. The entire supply chain is transparent, monitored and certified at each step of the process.
