We want you to love your purchase, so if you are not satisfied, the item is damaged or if you ordered the wrong size, color or style, please notify us by email at katie@passionlilie.com and we will provide you with the return address and mailing instructions.

Refunds: Merchandise must be received at our office in New Orleans within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise must be unused with all original tags attached. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds will take 2-3 business days to process once the merchandise has been received at our office in New Orleans.
