LOOK GOOD. DO GOOD.

Summer Fun for Kids and Parents!

It may seem like a small thing, but getting kids to reflect, process, and identify the emotions they had during the day is an excellent tool for self-understanding. Learning not only comes from doing but also thinking about why we do what we do. As a parent or caretaker, dialogue about a child’s day helps you to meet children where they are, and understand the successes, challenges, and fears they face. All of this helps relieve tension and makes their day-to-day more sustainable.

That's why we are inviting KIDS and their PARENTS to come up with fun questions for our Alexa Skill, “How Was Your Day, Kids?” We will include winning questions in the skill along with the child’s first name and city. Feel free to get silly. What matters is getting kids talking.

Here are some examples:

1. "If you were a dinosaur, what kind of dinosaur would you be?"
2. "Which one of your teachers would survive a zombie apocalypse?"
