Wallis Evera Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

USA & CANADA CUSTOMERS: 

    1. Email customerservice@wallisevera.com for a refund or exchange.
    2. Wallis Evera will send you a link so that you can print your FREE SHIPPING RETURN label.
    3. Please re-package your item in the same box it was originally shipped in.
    4. Drop off your item to any post office.
    5. Once your return is received, inspected and approved, Wallis Evera will send you an email to notify you that they have received your returned item. Your refund will then be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: 

    1. Email customerservice@wallisevera.com for a refund or exchange.
    2. Wallis Evera is unable to provide shipping labels for overseas returns, so please ship your return back however it is most convenient for you. 
    3. Please save your tracking number in the event you need to track your package.
    4. Once your return is received, inspected and approved, Wallis Evera will send you an email to notify you that they have received your returned item. Your refund will then be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
