Return Policy
Stretchery is happy to exchange/refund your Stretchery clothing if there is a flaw, damage in transit or you wish to change the size. Just email mail@stretchery.com within 2 weeks of receiving your order, and return products within 2 weeks from emailing.
Please retain tags on the garment, packing, invoice and any shipping labels that come with the product. We will not be able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed or are not in original condition.
Once items are returned, you will be entitled to receive an exchange, which will not include the cost of original postage & packaging. All exchanges are subject to availability in the same style and color. You are welcome to exchange with another garment of the same or higher value.
