Workers are paid fair wages and work in open spaces with natural light. Threads 4 Thought makes sure that each facility is well ventilated and all doors are unlocked so that workers may easily exit. Aisles are clearly marked with an arrow so workers can quickly identify the nearest exit in case of an emergency. Exits are also clearly marked and well lit, and fire extinguishes are in working order and frequently inspected. All inks are AZO-free low impact reactive dyes—they do not contain any toxic chemicals or hard metals.
